Resolution

Resolution The Trustees of Great Falls School District 1 & A hereby designate property of the District undesirable, unsuitable or obsolete for school purposes. Great Falls School District 1 &A resolves to recycle or otherwise dispose of the identified property as listed as "Surplus Property" on the district website. https://www.gfps.k12.mt.us/ As provided in 20-6-604, MCA, the Trustees of the Great Falls School District 1 &A hereby resolve to dispose of the property because it is about to become abandoned, obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for school purposes of the Great Falls School District 1 & A. The method of disposal shall be by way of recycling, sale, or discard. The Trustees of Great Falls School District 1 & A further resolve that notice of the resolution shall be published on the 17th day of October 2025, in the Great Falls Tribune. This resolution shall become effective 14 days after publication of the notice identified in the immediately preceding paragraph, unless appealed to the district court by a taxpayer in compliance with and as provided in 20-6-604, MCA.
