Richfield Springs Public Library School Public Hearing NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Richfield Springs Public Library The Richfield Springs Public Library will hold public hearings on April 21, 2026, at 6:30 pm, April 25, 2026, at 10:30 am, and May 1, 2026, at 12 pm (this meeting will be recorded and posted online, for people who are unable to attend the meetings), in the Richfield Springs Public Library Memorial Room, 102 Main Street, Richfield Springs, NY 13439, to discuss the following: Tax levy increase proposition on the Richfield Springs Central School District, budget vote, to support the Richfield Springs Public Library budget. Proposed Change to the Tax Levy: The request will be a tax levy increase to support the library's finances for $213,903 Public Participation: All interested parties are invited to attend and provide oral or written comments. Written comments must be received by the Richfield Springs Public Library by April 30, 2026, at 5 pm and addressed to Mindy Baker at rs.mindy@4cls.org.
