Rolling Oaks The Osceola County Land Development Division, hereby gives notice of the County's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located on-site from the north end of our site adjacent to US Hwy 192 to the southwest of the on-site area adjacent FL 429 and to the south of the on-site area adjacent to Funie Steed Road in Osceola County, FL. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised on-site from the north end of our site adjacent to US Hwy 192 to the southwest of the on-site area adjacent FL 429 and to the south of the on-site area adjacent to Funie Steed Road, affecting several unnamed ponds and wetlands areas. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase, decrease, and be established, and 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen, narrow, and be established within the area of revision.
