Roof Restoration - Cohasset - Joseph Osgood School The Town of Cohasset seeks General sealed bids from a Prime Roofing Contractor for Joseph Osgood School Roof Replacement Project. The scope consists of and is not limited to preparation of existing substrates, installation of liquid-applied membrane roofing restoration coating system, removal and replacement of asphalt shingles, removal and replacement of clerestory windows, and related HVAC, electrical, and miscellaneous work. In addition, the Project seeks DCAMM Filed Sub Bid (FSB) subcontractors for the following categories of work: Metal Windows, HVAC and Electrical.
