RULE 81 SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
TO: Any and all unknown heirs-at-law of Ked Eccles-James, Deceased, if any, and all persons or entities unknown claiming any interest in the Estate of Ked Eccles-James, Deceased.
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by M. William Morgan, Petitioner, seeking to have Michael Chudi Eccles-James, Nkechi Jamine James-Gillman, and Ijeoma Genevieve Eccles-James established as the heirs-at-law of Ked Eccles-James, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against you in this action before the Chancery Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, the 17th day of November, 2025, in the courtroom of the Perry County Chancery Court, New Augusta, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition, thereby barring the claims of any other relatives of Ked Eccles-James, Deceased.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do so if you desire.
