TO: To any Great-Grandchild of Albert B. Smith, if living, whose names, current whereabouts, places of residence, and post office, street, and house addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry, and if dead, their known and unknown devisees, executors, administrators, or legal representatives, whose names, current whereabouts, places of residence, and post office, street, and house addresses are unknown after diligent search and inquiry.
You have been made a Defendant / Interested Party in this suit in this Court by Petitioner, Trustmark Bank, in its capacity as Trustee of the Carraway Family Irrevocable Trust Agreement (the "Trust"). This suit seeks: (1) to distribute 2/9ths of the Trust in equal shares to the grandchildren of Bertram R. Carraway; (2) to distribute 2/9ths of the Trust in equal shares to the grandchildren of Robert A. Cattley; (3) to distribute 1/3rd of the Trust to Elizabeth Singley-Cattley and Richard Singley; (4) to discharge and release the Trustee as to the 7/9ths of the Trust that would be distributed; and (5) instruction regarding the remaining 2/9ths of the Trust that is to be paid over and delivered to the surviving great-grandchild(ren) of Albert B. Smith, pursuant to the terms of the trust agreement for the Trust.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on the 11th day of August, 2026, in the courtroom of the Hinds County Chancery Courthouse in Jackson, Mississippi, in the courtroom of Chancellor Dewayne Thomas. In case of your failure to appear, a judgment will be entered for the relief demanded in the Petition.
You are not required to file an answer or pleading, but you may do so if you desire.
