This is to notify you that on at 7:00pm on 4/27/26, the undersigned will appear before the Harrington Park Board of Adjustment at the Borough Hall Office, 85 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, New Jersey 07640. You or your representative may attend to make comments concerning the application.
The purpose of the appearance before the Board of Adjustment will be to apply for a variance for *Street side setback* at *314 Lynn St.* from Harrington Park Code *#350-10(1) setback from roadside requirements. Current distance allowed is 35 feet and the desired distance is 30'
The applicant may also request any additional approvals, variances, waivers, exceptions or any other relief, which may be deemed necessary upon review of the application by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
This notice is being sent to you pursuant to statute, since your premises are within 200 feet of the premises affected by the above application.
