Rye Planning Board Legal Notice Public Hearing Proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendments The Rye Planning Board will hold public hearings on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Rye Town Hall, 10 Central Road on proposed amendments to the Town of Rye's Zoning Ordinances. RZO Amendment 2026-01: Amends Sections 190-5.0, 190-5.0C, 190-4.1.D(14), 190-4.2(C)(9) and 190-4.3.D(13) to change the maximum number of accessory parking spaces to 1 per residential unit. RZO Amendment 2026-02: Adds to Article XI, a definition of Parking Spaces. Amendments are posted at the Rye Town Hall, available from the Planning Office, and on the town website.
