S&C Building Expansion IDEM CSGP Public Notice JRF Construction (PO Box 270, Cicero, IN 46034) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit discharge stormwater from construction activities/land-disturbing activities associated with S & C Building Expansion development project located at 8205 Georgetown Road, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268. Runoff from the project site will drain into an onsite underground detention system that will ultimately discharge to another offsite existing detention pond.
