SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Bids for the Village of Greenville Lions Park Playground Redevelopment Project, will be received by the Landscape Architect / Engineer (LA/E), Rettler Corporation, via email to: jkneer@rettler.com, by 10:00 A.M., local time, November 18, 2025 and will be opened at Greenville Village Hall, W6860 Parkview Drive, Greenville, WI 54942. The work, in general, will in general include the items listed below: 3' wide 4" concrete sidewalk border and base. New poured-in-place playground surfacing New play equipment The proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. Complete digital project bidding documents are available only by request from Rettler Corporation by email to jkneer@rettler.com. Addendum(s), if any, will be emailed to plan holders. It is the bidders' responsibility to check for and download all addendums and acknowledge receipt of each addendum on the BID FORM. Prequalification of Bidders will not be required. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Village of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein. After award, CONTRACTOR to sign Village of Greenville standard contract form and be subject to all general conditions, Village standard specifications for construction, insurance requirements, and bonding requirements.
