SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the Village of Greenville, 2026 Paving Project, Contract A-26, will be accepted by submitting a paper copy at the Village Hall, W6860 Parkview Drive, Greenville, WI 54942, by 11:00 AM (local time) on April 2, 2026; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 30,855 SY – Pulverize Existing Asphalt Pavement, 31,455 SY – Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement, 18,425 LF – Crushed Aggregate Base Shoulder, 460 LF – 30" Mountable Curb and Gutter, Manhole Ring Replacement, Traffic Control and Landscape Restoration. The project limits include work (Ridgeway Drive) that is eligible for the State Local Roads Improvement Program (LRIP) funding participation and will be administered by Village of Greenville. The authority for the state to delegate this responsibility is governed and described in 86.31, Wisconsin State Statues, and TRANS 206, Wisconsin Administrative Code. The proposal shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. For this project, bids will be received and accepted by sealed paper copy. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Village of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
