SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed bids for the Village of Greenville, 2026 HMA Project, Contract B-26, will be accepted by submitting a paper copy at the Village Hall, W6860 Parkview Drive, Greenville, WI 54942, by 10:00 AM (local time) on April 3, 2026; and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The work, in general, will include the approximate quantities and items listed below: 26,490 SY – Mill and Remove Existing Asphalt Pavement, 26,490 SY – Hot Mix Asphalt Pavement (1-3/4"), 52 EA – Inlet Ring Replacement & Adjustment, 1,600 LF – 30" Mountable Curb and Gutter Repair, Traffic Control The proposal shall be submitted on the forms furnished with the specifications. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check payable to the owner equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal or a bid bond of a bonding company duly authorized to do business in the State of Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposal. This proposal guarantee shall be subject to forfeiture as provided by law. For this project, bids will be received and accepted by sealed paper copy. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date of opening. The Village of Greenville reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
