SECTION 893.77 NOTICE

SECTION 893.77 NOTICE On June 15, 2026, a resolution was offered, adopted and approved by the Village of Suring, Wisconsin (the "Municipality"), whereby the Municipality authorized and directed the sale and issuance of up to $566,438 Water System Revenue Bond, Series 2026A. The closing on this Bond was held on June 24, 2026. A copy of all proceedings had to date with respect to the authorization and sale of said Bonds is on file and may be examined in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Suring. This Notice is given pursuant to Section 893.77, Wisconsin Statutes, which provides that an action or proceeding to contest the validity of such municipal financing, for other than constitutional reasons, must be commenced within thirty (30) days after the date of publication of this Notice.
