By virtue and in execution of the power to sell contained in a Note and Security Agreement given by Randolph J. Petersen (now deceased) to Priority Funding, LLC dated October 15, 2019, as assigned to BayCoast Bank by Assignment dated October 15, 2019, notice of the Security Agreement and Assignment filed under the Uniform Commercial Code with the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as UCC Filing No. 201959310990, of which the undersigned is the present holder, BayCoast Bank, as Secured Party, offers for sale a 1970 12 x 60 Holly Park Mobile Home Serial No. 6011290 located at 28 Indian Trail, Plymouth Mobile Estates, Plymouth, MA 02360 ("Property"). For breach of the Note and Security Agreement and for the purpose of sale the Property, but not the surrounding real property or any part of the real property known as Plymouth Mobile Estates, will be offered for Public Auction at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on Wednesday, the 22nd of October 2025 on the premises at 28 Indian Trail, Plymouth Mobile Estates, Plymouth, MA 02360.
Terms of Sale
Two Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100 ($2,500.00) Dollars deposit in certified or bank cashier's check; Balance due in thirty (30) days. Delivery of bill of sale upon receipt of balance of purchase price.
Said Property will be sold AS IS, without representation and warranty. Said sale is subject to all taxes, tax liens, assessments and lot fees. It shall be the responsibility of the Buyer to satisfy any and all requirements and qualifications of Plymouth Mobile Estates, e.g., residents must be age 55 or older, and its association in which the Property is situated, or Buyer will have to remove the Property from Plymouth Mobile Estates. Secured Party reserves the right to adjourn, postpone or cancel the sale up until the moment the auctioneer accepts the highest bid.
