Notice is hereby given that the Wild Heron Property Owners Association, Inc requests proposals to provide SECURITY SERVICES which includes but is not limited to: the 24/7 staffing of the main guard house and monitoring of security cameras for the safety and security of the residents and their guests in accordance with the adopted post orders.
Proposal Documents Availability: The Request for Proposals will be available on Monday June 1, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. CST. Please contact Courtney Bolla at (850) 249-1516 or by email at courtney.bolla@fsresidential.com, to receive a copy of the Proposal documents.
Proposal Due Date: Management companies desiring to provide services for this project must submit an electronic copy (pdf), to be received no later than 5:00 p.m. CST on July 1, 2026. Send the electronic proposal in pdf format to Courtney Bolla, Community Association Manager, at courtney.bolla@fsresidential.com.
Consideration of Proposals: The Wild Heron POA Board of Directors will consider and rank all proposals at the Wednesday, July 8, 2026 Board of Directors Meeting, scheduled to be held at 2:00 p.m. CST, at the POA Community Room, 1110 Prospect Promenade, Panama City Beach, Florida 32413. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory for any management company making a proposal, and failure to attend the meeting in person shall disqualify the management company from consideration. The proposals shall be ranked in accordance with the criteria included in the Evaluation Criteria sheet, which is contained within the proposal documents. The Board of Directors reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, with or without cause, to waive minor technical errors and informalities, or to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the District.
