Call to Order A. Roll Call/Quorum - Declaration Board President Chad Crabb called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. Motion made by: Lori Slings Motion seconded by: Brigid Ernst Voting: Unanimously Approved II. Superintendent Search A. Motion to go into Closed session to discuss records required or authorized by state or federal law to be kept confidential as provided by Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(a) and to evaluate the professional competency of an individual whose hiring is being considered when necessary to prevent needless and irreparable injury to that individual's reputation and that individual requests a closed session as provide by Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(i).
