SOUTH JERSEY PORT CORPORATION REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS FOR SJPC RFB 26-E33 BUILDING E ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT THE BROADWAY MARINE TERMINAL Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for BUILDING E ASBESTOS REMOVAL AT THE BROADWAY MARINE TERMINAL will be received by the SJPC. Three (3) original sealed copies along and an electronic version of your Proposal in a single PDF file on a USB drive of each firm's bid shall be submitted to Perry Bicher, Acting Purchasing Agent, at the SJPC offices located in the Ferry Terminal Building, 2 Aquarium Drive, Suite 100, Camden, NJ 08103, by Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET, at which time the sealed bids will be opened and recorded. A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Broadway Terminal, meeting at the entrance to SJPC's Broadway Terminal, on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. Participants planning to attend the Pre-Bid Meeting must notify in advance Perry Bicher, Acting Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at purchasing@southjerseyport.com. Questions regarding this RFB must be submitted to Perry Bicher, Acting Purchasing Agent, via e-mail at purchasing@southjerseyport.com by Friday, May 1, at 5:00 PM. Each submission to be considered shall comport to the criteria set forth in the bid packets.
