At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
Master Plan EAST FAIRVIEW AVE Requesting recommendation of approval for East Fairview Avenue Streetscape Master Plan focus on the section of East Fairview Avenue between Cloverdale Road and Narrow Lane Road in SD (Special District) Zoning District.
DP-2026-013 EDNA BRAKE LUCAS DR Public hearing for a development plan for a cell tower located at 13096 Edna Brake Lucas Dr. in AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District.
9419 CONDUIT ST Request plat approval of Hampstead Plat No 30B located at the east end of Conduit St in a T4-R (General Urban-Restricted), T4-0(General Urban-Open) Zoning District.
