At the regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Montgomery on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Auditorium in City Hall, at 103 North Perry Street, a public hearing will be held for consideration of the following items:
9429 Vaughn Rd Request final plat approval of Chase Creek Plat 3, located south of Vaughn Rd approx. 1,012ft east of Bell Rd (aka 7100 Vaughn Rd) in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
9430 Eastchase Ln Request preliminary plat approval of Grantham Plat 3 located approximately 696 ft. southwest of Berryhill Rd and 531ft south of Eastchase Ln, in a PUD (Planned Unit Development) Zoning District.
