PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on JUNE 16TH, 2026, a hearing will be held before the Planning Board of the Borough of Spotswood, at the Spotswood Municipal Building, 77 Summerhill Road, Spotswood, New Jersey 08884 at 7:30pm.
ALBISH ASSOCIATES, so as to permit renovation of an automotive parts store into new retail store, which requires the following relief:

-§120-601E(1); Min. No. Of Parking Spaces for Retail Sale:
-Requirement: 38 Spaces (1 space per 150 SF gross floor area);
-Proposed Deviation: 26 Spaces;
On the premises located at 349 MAIN STREET, SPOTSWOOD, NJ 08884, and designated as BLOCK 108, LOTS 36 & 37 on the Borough tax map.
The applicant also requests any variance relief, waivers, or other approvals that are deemed necessary or appropriate by the Board and which may arise during the hearing process.
