The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:
All and only that parcel of land, with all improvements thereon, designated as Tax Parce 182-0-033-00-0, lying and being in Richmond County, Georgia, containing 0.29 acres, more or less, being Lot 5, Block C, Hollow Keg Subdivision, shown in Realty Reel 326, Page 2137, described in Deed Book 1523, Page 1610, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, known as 3811 Hollow Keg Drive.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred at 5:00PM (Eastern) on June 12, 2026 ("Deadline").
The tax deed to which the notice relates is dated March 19, 2025 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, in Deed Book 1962 Page, 1603.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the Deadline by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address.
