Tillotson Ave., Muncie, IN 47302. The petition for adoption alleges consent to adoption from Matthew Herbert Leonard is not required because of abandonment, failure to significantly communicate with child, failure to pay support for child, as well as due to child's best interest. If Matthew Herbert Leonard seeks to contest the adoption of child, he must file written motion to contest adoption in accordance with IC 31-19-10-1 in above-named court not later than 15 days after last publication of this notice.
