This Notice is addressed to Becky Lewis, Stephanie Lewis Stewart and Matthew Lewis who are believed to be heirs of Terrence Lee Lewis, late of Bath, Maine and were last known to be living in Edgewater, Florida. As heirs you are entitled to Notice of Application for Informal Probate and Appointment of Personal Representative in the proceeding entitled "Application for Informal Probate of Will or Appointment of Personal Representative Under Will or Both", brought by the Applicant, David Gagne, for the Estate of Terrence Lee Lewis, Docket 2026-090 in the Sagadahoc County Probate Court, 752 High Street, Bath, Maine 04530. This Appointment will be made unless you contact the Court within 14 days of the first publication of this Order. If you disagree, you may file a Formal Petition in said Probate Court.
