Settlor resided at 3800 Military St., Port Huron, Michigan 48060 at the time of her death. There is no personal representative of Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued and no probate estate is anticipated. Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Settlor or the Ulah J. Brooks Trust under Agreement dated March 14, 2023, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Pennie L. Costa, Successor Trustee, and/or Attorney Marc W. Oswald within four months after the date of publication.
