Settlor resided at 4564 Lakeshore Drive, Fort Gratiot, MI 48059 at the time of her death. There is no personal representative of Settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued and no probate estate is anticipated. Creditors of the Settlor are notified that all claims against the Settlor or the Elaine L. Snyder Trust under Agreement dated May 15, 2019 will be forever barred unless presented to R. Thomas Snyder, Successor Trustee, and/or Attorney Marc W. Oswald within four months after date of publication.
