STATE OF NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF NEW YORK DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND MARKETS 10B Airline Drive ALBANY, NY 12235 NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF SOUND AGRICULTURAL PRACTICE OPINION NUMBER 26-01 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE pursuant to Section 308(2) of the Agriculture and Markets Law that on March 12, 2026, Commissioner Richard Ball issued an opinion pursuant to Section 308 of said Law finding that the practice conducted on Blue Hill Farm at 3950 Davis Corners Road, Morrisville, New York, associated with the use of the mechanized agricultural practices conducted at Blue Hill. The Department concludes that the practices are sound as defined in AML Section 308(1)(b). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that as provided in Section 308(2) of the Agriculture and Markets Law, the opinion shall be final unless within thirty (30) days after publication of this notice a person affected by the opinion institutes a proceeding to review it in the manner provided by Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules.
