Schenk, hereby moves this honorable Court for an order establishing custody, and placement in favor of the petitioner, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 767.59 and 767.451. In support of this motion, Petitioner asserts: 1. The parties in this case are the biological and established parents of the minor child, DDRW, Jr. 2. Petitioner is listed as the father on the minor child's birth certificate. 3. At the present time, there is no other action pending in any other court that deals with custody, support, or placement of this minor child. 4. Ultimately, it is in the best interests of the minor child for a legal and binding order to be established, granting joint legal custody along with equal and shared placement of the minor child, along with an order for commensurate child support. WHEREFORE, based on the assertions above, Petitioner ultimately asks this honorable Court for an order granting the relief listed above.
