PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of the Judgment of Foreclosure made in the above-entitled action on December 9, 2025, by the Honorable Laura J. Lavey and docketed by the Clerk of Circuit Court for Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin in the amount of $12,562,401.50 as of December 9, 2025, as it relates to the below-described property, the undersigned Sheriff of Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction in the main lobby of the City & County Government Center, 160 S. Macy Street, Room H, Fond du Lac, WI 54935, on March 31, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. of the following described premise:

PURSUANT TO SAID JUDMENT TERMS OF SALE: 10% of the successful bid must be paid to the Sheriff of Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin at the time of sale in certified funds (cash, money order, or cashier's check) and payable to the Clerk of Courts for Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin (personal checks cannot and will not be accepted). The balance of the successful bid must be paid to the Fond du Lac County, Clerk of Courts in cash, cashier's check or certified funds no later than ten (10) days after the Courts confirmation of the sale or else the downpayment is forfeited to the Plaintiff. The sale will be as-is, where-is and subject to outstanding real estate taxes, superior liens or other encumbrances together with any interest of record, if any. Purchaser, if other than the Plaintiff, shall be responsible for applicable real estate transfer fees in addition to the purchase price.
