STR - 88 PINE HILL ROAD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SHORT-TERM RENTAL APPLICATION OBJECTION 88 Pine Hill Road, HIGHLAND MILLS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, October 23, 2025, 7:30PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Woodbury, New York, at the Village Hall located at 455 Route 32, Upper Level, Highland Mills, concerning the short-term rental application of , property address 88 Pine Hill Road, Highland Mills (Tax Map 218-2-47.6). The purpose of the public hearing is for the Village Board to hear testimony from the applicant, Building Inspector and objecting neighbors. After the public hearing, the Board of Trustees will determine whether or not to authorize the permits issuance.
