SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF HINDS 1ST
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 2016, Glenn A Taylor, married man; joined herein by Monica L. Taylor aka Monica Taylor, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto The Security Title Guarantee Corp. of Baltimore, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds 1st County, Mississippi in Book 7191 at Page 2310 Instrument# 1532989; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to AmeriHome Mortgage Company, LLC by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7281 at Page 1311 Instrument# 1792331; and
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of May, 2019 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7236 at Page 1471 Instrument# 1670276; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 17th day of October, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main North front door of the Hinds 1st County Circuit Courthouse at 407 East Pascagoula Street at Jackson, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Hinds 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Lot 367, Meadow Oaks Subdivision, Part 2, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 27 at Page 47, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
