SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on September 27, 2017, Erika S. Moore executed a Deed of Trust to Robert D. Drinkwater, Trustee for the benefit of Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area, which is recorded in Book 7210 at Page 5747 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Habitat for Humanity Mississippi Capital Area, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees, and expenses of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Substituted Trustee under the Deed of Trust, will on October 28, 2025, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash within legal hours (between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the north front door of the Hinds County Courthouse (First Judicial District) in Jackson, Mississippi, the following described property together with all improvements thereon situated in Hinds County, Mississippi, being the same property described in the Deed of Trust: Lot 24, Block A, McDowell Road Subdivision, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi, in Plat Book 9 at Page 32, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
