SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HINDS 1ST WHEREAS, on the 25th day of January, 2006, Christopher Osgood & Darice Osgood, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Mississippi Title & Appraisal, Trustee for New Century Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds 1st County, Mississippi in Book 6426 at Page 581 Instrument# 1008794; and WHEREAS, on the 29th day of May, 2025, New Century Liquidating Trust successor-in-interest to New Century Mortgage Corporation, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-HE3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7322 at Page 5625 Instrument# 1909210; and WHEREAS, on the 7th day of August, 2025 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7324 at Page 7844 Instrument# 1913335; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 24th day of October, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main North front door of the Hinds 1st County Circuit Courthouse at 407 East Pascagoula Street at Jackson, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Hinds 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 12, Greenbriar Subdivision, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi in Plat Book 22 at Page 2, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
