SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HINDS 1ST WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April, 2021, Daisha Sallie, single woman, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Kamesha B. Mumford, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Open Mortgage, LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds 1st County, Mississippi in Book 7263 at Page 9507 Instrument# 1749586; and WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May, 2024, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS") as beneficiary, as nominee for Open Mortgage, LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7307 at Page 7249 Instrument# 1870279; and WHEREAS, on the 1st day of April, 2025 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7320 at Page 5322 Instrument# 1905360; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 7th day of November, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main North front door of the Hinds 1st County Circuit Courthouse at 407 East Pascagoula Street at Jackson, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Hinds 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: LOT 49, RIDGE PARK SUBDIVISION, PART 4, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAT THEREOF WHICH IS ON FILE AND OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CHANCERY CLERK OF HINDS COUNTY AT JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 22, REFERENCE TO WHICH IS HEREBY MADE IN AID OF AND AS A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION.
