SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF HINDS 1ST WHEREAS, on the 5th day of March, 2021, Jeromie J. Nason, single man, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Renfroe & Perilloux, PLLC, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Open Mortgage, LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds 1st County, Mississippi in Book 7263 at Page 3889 Instrument# 1746697; and WHEREAS, on the 30th day of January, 2023, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as beneficiary, as nominee for Open Mortgage, LLC, assigned said Deed of Trust unto Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7291 at Page 3264 Instrument# 1826508; and WHEREAS, on the 10th day of October, 2023 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Dean Morris, LLC as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7300 at Page 4747 Instrument# 1857228; and WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 21st day of November, 2025, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the main North front door of the Hinds 1st County Circuit Courthouse at 407 East Pascagoula Street at Jackson, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Hinds 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit: Lot 68, The Ranch, Part Two, a subdivision according to a map or plat thereof which is on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi, in Plat Book 38 at Page 38, reference to which is hereby made in aid of and as a part of this description.
