SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on October 31, 2017, Shenika S. Lofton, unmarried woman executed a Deed of Trust to Charles A. Myers, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Beneficiary, acting solely as Nominee for The Home Lending Group, LLC, its successors and assigns, which is recorded Book 7213 at Page 3716 as re-recorded in Book 7222 at Page 6856 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Alabama Housing Finance Authority by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 7233 at Page 2854 as corrected in Book 7325 at Page 9506; and WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Alabama Housing Finance Authority, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees, and expenses of sale.
