SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on August 25, 2003, Lillie Mae Deloach aka Lillie Mae Allen aka Lillie M. Allen, a single person, executed a Deed of Trust to J. Patrick Caldwell, Trustee for the benefit of BancorpSouth Bank, now Cadence Bank, which is recorded in Book 5874 at Page 127 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Hinds County, Mississippi; and WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under the Deed of Trust; and WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, BancorpSouth Bank, now Cadence Bank, has requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell the property in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder together with attorney's fees, Substituted Trustee's fees, and expenses of sale. NOW, THEREFORE, Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Substituted Trustee under the Deed of Trust, will on January 13, 2026, offer for sale at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash within legal hours (between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.) at the north front door of the Hinds County Courthouse (First Judicial District) in Jackson, Mississippi, the following described property together with all improvements thereon situated in the First Judicial District Hinds County, Mississippi, being the same property described in the Deed of Trust: Lot 16, Queen Lane Subdivision, Unit 7 a subdivision according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County at Jackson, Mississippi in Plat Book 16 at Page 42 reference to which map or plat is here made in aid of and as a part of this description.
