SUMMARY NOTICE OF SALE NOT EXCEEDING $900,000 GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND (SIMPSONVILLE FIRE SERVICE AREA PROJECT) SERIES 2026A and NOT EXCEEDING $2,000,000 GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND (DONALDSON FIRE SERVICE AREA PROJECT) SERIES 2026B Electronic bids will be received by Greenville County, South Carolina (the "County") pursuant to the Official Notice of Sale dated April 22, 2026. Sale Date: May 6, 2026 Sale Time: 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time Zone Bonds Dated: May 20, 2026 Form of Bonds: Single fully registered Series 2026A Bond in the denomination of not exceeding $900,000; Single fully registered Series 2026B Bond in the denomination of not exceeding $2,000,000 Interest Payments: Each Series of Bonds: April 1 and October 1, commencing April 1, 2027 Maturity: Each Series of Bonds are payable April 1, 2027 through April 1, 2041, inclusive Redemption Provisions: Each Series of Bonds will be subject to optional redemption on thirty days' written notice, in whole or in part (if in part in multiples of $1,000), at any time, at the redemption price, during the first five years, of 101% of the principal amount of such series of Bonds to be redeemed and thereafter at a price of par, plus accrued interest to the date of redemption. Legal Opinion: Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, P.A., Greenville, South Carolina. For the payment of principal and interest on the Bonds, as they mature, the full faith, credit, and taxing power of the County are pledged. The Series 2026A Bonds are payable initially from an ad valorem tax levied in the Simpsonville Fire Service Area, a special tax district created by the County. The Series 2026B Bonds are payable initially from an ad valorem tax levied in the Donaldson Fire Service Area, a special tax district created by the County. This Notice is given to evidence the County's intent to receive bids for and award the Bonds on the date stated above. Such sale may be postponed upon notice given prior to the time bids are to be received. If canceled, the sale may be thereafter rescheduled and notice of such rescheduled date of sale will be disseminated at least 48 hours prior to the time for receipt of bids. April 24 2026 LGSC0505374
