Odell, Shirley J. Odell, All other persons or entities unknown claiming any right, title, interest, estate in or lien upon the real estate described herein, also any unknown adults being as a class designated as John Doe; And also any unknown infants or persons under disability being as a class designated as Richard Roe, Defendants. ____________________________________ TO THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE: YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to appear and defend by answering the Complaint in this quiet title action on property located in Spartanburg County, South Carolina and is the same being shown and designated as Lot 121 on a plat titled "A subdivision for Mayfair Mills, Plat No. 1", dated March 29, 1951, prepared by Pickell & Pickell, Engineers, recorded in Plat Book 26, at Page 463-472 in the Office of the ROD for Spartanburg County; said property being designated in the County tax records as Block Map #6-17-08-119.00 with an address of 330 Frans Drive, Arcadia, South Carolina 29320, of which a copy is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer on the subscribers at their offices, 3007 Millwood Avenue, Columbia, South Carolina 29205, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; except that the United States of America, if named shall have sixty (60) days to answer after the service hereof, exclusive of the day of such service; and if you fail to answer in the time allowed, default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
