LIS PENDENS TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: TAKE NOTICE: That an action is pending in this Court, under the foregoing title, to quiet title to property situate in Barnwell County described as follows, to-wit: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, situate lying, and being in the Town of Barnwell, Barnwell School District, County of Barnwell, State of South Carolina, shown and designated as Lot #5, Block E, on a plat of Barnwell Heights Subdivision prepared by Harry O. Vincent, registered Land Surveyor, on November 5, 1951; said plat being recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County on February 6, 1952 in the plat book D, at page 211; said lot having such size, shape and dimensions as will more fully and delineated on an individual plat prepared for Walter H. Cannon, prepared by Terry L Ray, L. S. No. 6679, dated March 31, 1992 and recorded in plat Book 2-D at page 752 in the office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County.
