SUMMONS AND NOTICE OF FILING
TO THE DEFENDANTS NAMED ABOVE:
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED and required to Answer the Amended Complaint herein, a copy of which is herewith served upon you, and to serve a copy of your Answer to said Plaintiff upon the subscribed, J. Martin Harvey, Attorney, at his office, Harvey Law Office, LLC 110 Main Street, Post Office Box 705, Barnwell, South Carolina, 29812, within thirty (30) days after the service hereof, exclusive of the date of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, the Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint, including the rendering of judgment by default against you.
YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE, that the original Summons and Complaint in the above entitled action were filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County, the object and prayer of which is to quiet title and partition real property situate in Barnwell County described more fully in the Lis Pendens filed herein.

TAKE NOTICE: That an action is pending in this Court, under the foregoing title, to quiet title to property situate in Barnwell County described as follows, to-wit:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with improvements thereon, situate lying, and being in the Town of Barnwell, Barnwell School District, County of Barnwell, State of South Carolina, shown and designated as Lot #5, Block E, on a plat of Barnwell Heights Subdivision prepared by Harry O. Vincent, registered Land Surveyor, on November 5, 1951; said plat being recorded in the office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County on February 6, 1952 in the plat book D, at page 211; said lot having such size, shape and dimensions as will more fully and delineated on an individual plat prepared for Walter H. Cannon, prepared by Terry L Ray, L. S. No. 6679, dated March 31, 1992 and recorded in plat Book 2-D at page 752 in the office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County.

NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT OF GUARDIAN AD LITEM NISI
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that W. D. Rhoad IV, Esquire, whose address is 13449 Heritage Highway, Bamberg, SC 29003, Bamberg South Carolina has been appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi in the above entitled action, and that such Order will become absolute Thirty (30) days after the last publication of this Notice unless such of the Defendants as may be minors, under legal disability, in the military service or otherwise under any disability, or someone in their behalf shall in the meantime procure to be appointed Guardian ad Litem Nisi for them, and said Order is on file in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Barnwell County, South Carolina
