Gibson and Deirdre A. Gibson f/k/a Deidre A. Baker to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, dated April 5, 2004, recorded April 26, 2004, in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County, in Book 4158 at Page 114. The description of the premises is as follows: All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land, with all improvements thereon or hereinafter constructed thereon, situate, lying and being in the State of South Carolina, County of Greenville, being shown and designated as Part of Lot 34 on Walnut Lane, and plat entitled, Survey for Roger Dale & Adriana T. Hawkins prepared by Michael B. Johnson, PLS, dated May 9, 1992 and recorded on June 1, 1992 in Plat Book 22-S at Page 100 and most recently prepared for Wayne O. Gibson and Deirdre A. Baker by Freeland-Clinkscales and Associates, Inc., dated October 30, 1996 and recorded in Plat Book 34-F at Page 83. Reference to said plat is craved for a more complete description of the property, be all measurements a little more or less. Please note that the above legal description has been modified to correct a minor, immaterial clerical error regarding the recording information for one of the individual plats (Plat Book 22-S, instead of 22-5). This being the same property conveyed to Wayne O. Gibson and Deidre A. Baker by deed of Roger Dale Hawkins and Adriana T. Hawkins dated October 30, 1996 and recorded November 11, 1996 in Book 1657 at Page 1705 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Subsequently, Wayne O. Gibson a/k/a Wayne Oliver Gibson died intestate on November 3, 2020, as is more fully preserved in the probate records for Greenville County in Case No. 2020-ES-23-03016; see also that Deed of Distribution (to Dierdre A. Baker), dated October 17, 2022 and recorded October 25, 2022, in Book 2671 at Page 5752 in the Office of the Clerk of Court/Register of Deeds for Greenville County. Subsequently, Dierdre A. Baker a/k/a Dierdre Baker a/k/a Deidre A. Baker a/k/a Deirdre A. Gibson a/k/a Deirdre Ann Baker a/k/a Dierdre Baker a/k/a Deidre Baker a/k/a Deidrea Baker a/k/a Deirdre Baker Gibson died intestate on January 10, 2025, leaving the subject property to her heirs, namely Steven Richard Baker a/k/a Steve Baker a/k/a Steve R. Baker a/k/a Steven Baker, George F. Baker a/k/a George F. Baker, Jr. a/k/a George Baker, Kathleen B. Reeves a/k/a Kathleen Baker Reeves a/k/a Kathy B. Reeves a/k/a Kathy Reeves, Christina M. Cornett a/k/a Christina M. Garrett a/k/a Chrissy Corbett a/k/a Chrissy Garrett a/k/a Christina Baker Cornett, Mary Patricia Ellison a/k/a Mary Baker, Sheila B. Early a/k/a Sheila Early, Michael J. Baker a/k/a Michael Baker, as shown in Probate Case No. 2025-ES-23-00606. Thereafter, Steven Richard Baker a/k/a Steve Baker a/k/a Steve R.
