Lot 12, Block 766, Tenth Addition to Great Falls Townsite, Cascade County, Montana, according to the official map or plat, thereof, on file and of record in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of said County.
Within 21 days after service of this summons on you or (42 days if you are the State of Montana, a state agency, or a state officer or employee, or 60 days if you are the United States of America, or federal agency), you must serve on the plaintiff an answer to the attached complaint or a motion under Rule 12 of the Montana Rules of Civil Procedure.
