YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to appear before the Judge of the Wayne Superior Court 3, 301 East Main Street, Richmond, IN 47374- 765-973-9269 (Judge) or 765-973-9289 (Magistrate) for a(n) Initial Hearing on December 1, 2025 at 9:30 A.M. At said hearing, the Court will consider the Petition and evidence thereon and will render its decision as to whether the above named minor child is child in need of services and shall enter adjudication accordingly.
