The Complaint alleges four causes of action for breach of contract, breach of guaranties, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and unjust enrichment as an alternative claim for relief. The Complaint seeks money damages, and further seeks attorneys' fees and costs.Service by Publication of the Summons in the Reno Gazette Journal has been ordered by the Court because the Defendant (1) cannot, after due diligence, be found; and/or (2) by concealment seeks to avoid service of the Summons and Complaint.A copy of this Summons and the Complaint will be mailed to you at your last known address of 9200 Double R. Blvd., Unit 3083, Reno, NV 89521, after publication of the Summons begins in the Reno Gazette Journal.Service by publication is complete four weeks from the later of (1) the date of the first publication; or (2) the date of mailing of the Summons and Complaint. If you intend to defend this lawsuit, you must do the following within 21 days after service of this Summons is complete, exclusive of the day of service:
a. File with the Clerk of this Court, whose address is shown below, a formal written response to the Complaint, along with the appropriate fees, in accordance with the rules of the Court; and,
b. Serve a copy of your response upon the attorney whose name and address is shown below.
Unless you respond, a default will be entered upon application of the Plaintiff and this Court may enter a judgment against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
