WADE, ET AL., DEFENDANT(S) THE STATE OF INDIANA TO DEFENDANT: Unknown Heirs of Judith O'Donnell Wade Mark Pozzi Michele Gee Laurie Hesch Any unknown heirs, representatives, devisees, legatees, executors, administrators, husbands, wives, receives, lessees, successors, assigns, guardians, trustees, widows, widowers, spouses, children, creditors, beneficiaries, St. Josephees of each and all of the above-named defendants, and all other persons claiming an interest in the real estate described in this summons, all of whom are unknown to the plaintiff. You have been sued by the person(s) named "plaintiff" in the court stated above. The nature of the suit against you is stated in the complaint filed in the case referenced in this summons. It also states the demand which the plaintiff has made against you. Plaintiff is foreclosure on a Mortgage it holds against the subject property located at 505 Altgeld St., South Bend, IN 46614 in St. Joseph County, Indiana and more commonly described as follows: Lot Numbered Twenty Nine (29) as shown on the recorded Plat and Studebaker Place Addition to the City of South Bend, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 16 and 17, in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana. You must answer the complaint in writing filed with the Court, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the last notice of action is published, or judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff demanded. If you deny the demand and/or have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
