SUMMONS IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE STATE OF OREGON FOR THE COUNTY OF LANE. In the Matter of the Guardianship of ISAAC NAGY, A Minor, Respondent. Case No. 25PR01577 NOTICE TO ALESA N. NAGY: READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY! NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 21, 2025, a Petition for the appointment of Andrea Nagy as guardian of the above-named minor child was filed. Objections to the guardianship must be filed in the guardianship proceeding in the above court within 30 days after the date of your being served with this notice. Written objections may be made by mailing or delivering the objection to the Lane County Circuit Court at 125 E 8th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401. Oral objections may be made by appearing in person at the Circuit Court clerk's office during regular business hours. To determine whether a guardian will be appointed for your child, the court may, at its discretion, designate an independent, trained person called a "visitor," who may personally interview the minor child at their residence. The visitor may also interview other persons who know of the physical and mental conditions of the minor child. The visitor, if appointed, would file a report with the court. The court may also conduct a hearing to consider the guardianship petition. The judge will review the reports and any evi­dence presented at a hearing and then has authority to appoint a guardian for the minor child if that appears necessary. If the court appoints a guardian for the minor child, the guardian will have the right to decide where they live and what medical treatment they receive (subject to certain exceptions); will be responsible for providing for their care and main­tenance; and, unless a conservator is appointed, will be responsible for taking care of their property.
