Plaintiff is foreclosure on a Mortgage it holds against the subject property located at 3319 Orchard Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46218 in Marion County, Indiana and more commonly described as follows: LOT 172 IN AIRSLIE ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF INDIANAPOLIS AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 96, IN THE OFFICE OF THE RECORDER OF MARION COUNTY, INDIANA.
