BE IT KNOWN, that Kenneth Erwin and Samantha Ventura, the above-named Plaintiffs, by their attorney, Mackenzie E. Lyons. have filed in the office of the Clerk of the Marion County Superior Court their Complaint against Defendants, Mark Vander Kooy, Vera Vander Kooy, and All Other Unknown Persons With A Property Interest, and the said Plaintiffs having also filed in said Clerk's office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts for the Defendants, All Other Unknown Persons With A Property Interest, upon diligent inquiry are unknown, and that said cause of action is a Complaint, related to quiet titling a 5.9 strip of land running parallel to and directly south of the boundary line for the full length of the boundary line between the below described real estate in Marion County, Indiana:
PARCEL 1:
PART OF THE NORTH HALF OF SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 17 NORTH, RANGE 2 EAST OF THE SECOND PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN IN MARION COUNTY, INDIANA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS, TO-WIT:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 1920 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE AND 734.58 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID HALF SECTION; THENCE SOUTH 6 DEGREES WEST IN AND ALONG THE CENTER LINE OF MOORE ROAD, 465 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 45 MINUTES EAST 438 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST BANK OF EAGLE CREEK; THENCE NORTH 18 1/2 DEGREES EAST IN AND ALONG SAID EAST BANK OF EAGLE CREEK 112 FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 1/2 DEGREES EAST ON AND ALONG SAID EAST BANK 103 FEET; THENCE NORTH 74 DEGREES 30 MINUTES EAST ON AND ALONG SAID EAST BANK 450 FEET; THENCE NORTH 40 DEGREES 22 MINUTES EAST ON AND ALONG SAID EAST BANK 207.26 FEET TO A POINT WHICH IS 734.58 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID HALF SECTION; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID HALF SECTION 1060.8 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING, EXCEPT 190 FEET BY PARALLEL LINES OFF THE ENTIRE NORTH SIDE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendants, All Other Unknown Persons With A Property Interest, are hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of the action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendants, All Other Unknown Persons With A Property Interest, for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
