To: Ruben Evans and Karen Evans (h/w) Block 1022 Lot 63, their representatives, heirs, and anyone claiming an interest under this title or law for the property located at 3155 Merriel Avenue, Camden, NJ 08105.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE that on August 14, 2026 or as soon as thereafter as counsel might be heared, plaintiff by and through his attorney, Lewis Wilson, Esq. will apply before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County Chancery Division at the Hall of Justice 101 S. 5th Street, Camden, NJ 08103 for entery of an Order for Final Judgment, foreclosing the right of redemption on the abandoned property located at 3155 Merriel Avenue, Camden, NJ.
IF YOU WANT TO OBJECT to this motion you must do so in writing within 10 days after you receive this notice of motion. Any Objection must address the subject of the motion and detail with specificity the basis of the objection. You must fule your objection with the Office of Foreclosure, P.O. Your personal appearance at the Office of Foreclosure will not qualify as an objection. If you file a specific objection the case will be sent to a judge for resolution. DEMAND FOR SHERIFF SALE: The property owner may by written demand to the Court, prior to issuance of final Judgment, request a sale through the Camden County Sheriff to preserve any equity after all debts are paid. This could be used to pay you.
