ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-J8 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-J8 is plaintiff, and JORGE L. MACHADO A/K/A JORGE LUIS MACHADO A/K/A JORGE MACHADO, et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Bergen County, under Docket No. F-009669-25, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice exclusive of the date of service. Judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, Amended Complaint, Amendment(s), Order(s), if any, if you do not file a responsive pleading. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated May 17, 2004 and made by Jorge L. Machado and Consuelo Machado to Hogar Mortgage & Financial Services, Inc., which Mortgage was recorded in Bergen County on July 2, 2004 in Mortgage Book 13632 at Page 808, et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 21 Copperfield Way, Mahwah, NJ 07430, and also known as Lot 17.08 in Block 123 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of Mahwah, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey.
