The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 21 Copperfield Way, Mahwah, NJ 07430, and also known as Lot 17.08 in Block 123 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of Mahwah, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey.
