Hanson, Sr, er al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Burlington County, under Docket No. F-004005-26, within thirty-five (35) days after the date of publication of this notice, exclusive of the date of service. Judgment by default may be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, Amended Complaint, Amendment(s), Order(s), if any, if you do not file a responsive pleading. You shall file your Answer and Proof of Service in duplicate with the Clerk of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Hughes Justice Complex, P.O. Box 971, Trenton, New Jersey 08625, in accordance with the Rules of Civil Practice and Procedure.
This action has been commenced and is pending to foreclose a mortgage and recover possession of certain lands and premises, as follows: The mortgage being foreclosed is dated October 31, 2005 and made by Ainsley Hanson a/k/a Ainsley A. Hanson, Sr and Kim Hanson a/k/a Kim R. Beachman-Hanson a/k/a Kim Renee Beachman to Bank of America, N.A., which Mortgage was recorded in Burlington County on November 30, 2005 in Mortgage Book 10665 at Page 001, et seq. The lands and premises affected by this action and for which possession is sought are commonly known as 35 Hopewell Lane, Willingboro, NJ 08046, and also known sa Lot 20 in Block 614 as shown on the Tax Map of the Township of Willingboro, County of Burlington and State of New Jersey.

BEACHMAN-HANSON HIS/HER HEIRS DEVISEES PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND HIS/HER OR THEIR SUCCESSORS IN RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST, BREANNA BEACHMAN & NATHANIEL BEACHMAN, are made party defendants to this foreclosure action because you have or may claim to have some right, title, lien, or other interest affecting the real estate being foreclosed by virtue of ownership, inheiritance, descent, intestacy, devise, dower, courtesty, mortgage, deed or conveyance, entry of judgment or other legal or lawful right. The nature of which and the reason that you and each of you may have in , to or against the Mortgaged Premises is set forth with particularity in the Complaint, Amended Complaint, Amendment(s), Order(s), if any, a copy of which shall be furnished to you on request addressed to the attorneys for the Plaintiff at the above mentioned address.
